Catalog Intake processes public auction-catalog links to prepare catalog data and review artifacts.
Information we process
- Catalog URLs submitted through the intake form and the public source material at those URLs.
- A one-way hash of the submitting IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Generated catalog records, images, workbooks, and operational logs needed to process a submission.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to validate, process, review, and deliver auction-catalog results. Completed artifacts may be stored in Google Drive and notification email may be sent through Gmail. Google authentication credentials are used only by the operator to provide those functions. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Submission records and generated artifacts are retained for operational continuity and may be deleted when no longer needed. Access credentials are stored as service configuration and are not exposed through the public website.
Third-party services
Processing may involve Google Drive, Gmail, Google Gemini, Cloudflare Turnstile, Newman Numismatic Portal, and Internet Archive. Their respective privacy policies apply to information they process.
